Accessing your fultoto account from mobile

iOS browser access

On iPhone or iPad, open Safari and go to fultoto.app. Sign in with your fultoto username and password. The site works smoothly on iOS 13+. Use Safari's "Add to Home Screen" feature (share menu) to create a shortcut for instant access.

iOS does not permit independent app installation outside the App Store. We deliver the full fultoto experience through the browser; no app alternative is needed for complete access to all games and payment methods.

Signing in and managing your fultoto account

Login security

Always use your registered fultoto username or email and your personal password. Never share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately from Account Settings. We enable login alerts — you receive a notification each time someone signs in from a new device.

If you receive a login alert you did not authorize, contact our support team immediately. We can temporarily lock your account while you reset your password.

Recovering a lost password

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" Enter your fultoto email address or mobile number. We send a reset link (valid 24 hours) to your registered email or SMS. Click the link, set a new password, and sign in.

If you cannot access your email, contact our support team with your username and registered mobile number. We verify your identity and help restore account access.

Account and deposit settings after login

Once logged in, your current balance is displayed in the top-right corner of the screen (desktop) or in the menu (mobile). Click on your username to open Account Settings. Select "Transaction History" to view all deposits, withdrawals, and game settlements. Filter by date or payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI).

From the main menu, select "Deposit". Choose your payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, or bank account). Enter your desired amount in descriptive terms — the platform displays deposit ranges and fees for each method. E-wallet deposits settle instantly 24/7. Bank transfers process Monday–Friday during Jakarta business hours. Confirm your deposit and follow your payment provider's steps.

Select "Withdraw" from the menu. Choose your withdrawal method (must match your deposit method for first withdrawal). Enter your amount and confirm. We require KYC verification (government ID, address proof, selfie) before your first withdrawal — this typically completes within 24 hours. Pending withdrawals are shown in your Transaction History with a status indicator. Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS settle within hours; bank transfers process within 1-3 business days.

In Account Settings, you can update your registered email, mobile number, and password. You can view your KYC verification status, download your identity documents, and check your deposit and withdrawal history. You cannot change your username. If you need to modify account details beyond these options, contact our support team.

If you cannot sign into your fultoto account, check that you are using your correct username or email address. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the issue persists, click "Forgot your password?" to reset your password. If you still cannot access your account, email our support team or use live chat (6 PM–midnight Jakarta time, Monday–Friday). Provide your registered email or mobile number, and we will help restore access.
